Senior MEP Project Manager – Data Centre | Italy £750 per shift + | Contract | Immediate Start As part of the continued growth of our data centre programme in Italy, we are urgently looking to strengthen our site delivery team with an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional with extensive experience delivering large-scale MEP and mission-critical projects, ideally within the data centre sector. The Role * Lead the delivery of large-scale MEP projects from construction through to completion and commissioning. * Manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors and consultants on site. * Take responsibility for programme, cost, quality and overall project delivery. * Manage key stakeholders and ensure effective communication across all project teams. * Oversee construction quality, inspections, compliance and commissioning activities. * Identify installation issues at an early stage and drive effective corrective actions. * Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements. * Provide strong leadership and hands-on support to the site delivery team. Requirements * Extensive experience delivering large-scale MEP projects, preferably within data centres or other mission-critical environments. * Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors and consultants. * Strong programme, cost and project delivery experience. * Excellent knowledge of construction quality, inspections, compliance and commissioning. * Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to identify issues early and drive solutions through to completion. * Fluent English is essential. * Must be based in Italy and available to work on site 5 days per week. * Immediate availability / short notice preferred.
