Role

Lead the Commercial division, overseeing three Quantity Surveyors and an assistant, managing the division’s Profit and Loss and supporting the next generation. Project sizes range from £5 million to £30 million, among the best in London.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Commercial division and staff.
• Take responsibility for P&L of the division.
• Support and develop junior surveyors.
• Oversee commercial management of residential refurbishment and new‑build projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Experience with prime/super‑prime residential properties.
• Background with a main contractor.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A strong desire to lead and build teams.
