Our client is looking to hire a Financial Services Regulatory Associate with 2-6 years' PQE to join its popular London office.

The Opportunity

The role will provide the opportunity to advise clients on areas such as

• conduct of business and regulatory change management, including MiFID II, AIFMD and MAR (CRR and EMIR would be an advantage);
• working with institutional asset managers, private equity and credit fund managers, and hedge fund managers;
• running regulatory due diligence in support of corporate and banking teams, drafting due diligence reports and commenting on SPAs, BSAs;
• managing regulatory applications, e.g. authorisations, variations of permission, change in control, waiver applications.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have 2-6 years’ PQE from a highly regarded regulatory practice, which may include experience gained in the legal function of a financial services and products firm. They will have excellent academic credentials from degree upwards.

The firm is keen to meet with Associates who have qualified and gained decent experience in a US or top City/International firm's Fin Reg team. xwzovoh
