Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the finance function, driving financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a significant role in the continued growth of a successful Northern Ireland business.
As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day finance function while providing high-quality financial insight to support business performance.
What's on Offer? £65k
- £80k Annual bonus (circa 10%) Private medical 22 days leave + stats On-site parking Key responsibilities will include: Managing and developing the finance team Overseeing the month-end and year-end close process Preparation of monthly management accounts and board packs. xwzovoh
Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance procedures are maintained Managing statutory accounts and audit processes Supporting business strategy through financial analysis and reporting Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies Business partnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation Supporting the Finance Director on strategic projects and growth initiatives The Person ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification Previous experience operating in a managerial position Strong financial reporting and management accounting experience Experience leading and developing finance teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement Apply below or get in touch with Marc Norton at Artemis Human Capital for full info.
