Year 5 Class Teacher - Full Time
Start date: 1st of June
Salary: MPS 1-6
Tradewind are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming and well-established primary school in Salford on a full-time basis from the beginning of June.
You will take full responsibility for a Year 5 class, covering until the end of the academic year. The school offers a broad and engaging curriculum with a strong focus on early reading, phonics, and creating a nurturing learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

The ideal candidate will have:
Experience teaching within KS2, with a secure understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
A nurturing, inclusive approach and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approachEssential requirements:
QTS (or an equivalent teaching qualification)
Recent experience teaching in KS2, supported by strong references
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
