What You'll Be Doing

This isn't just a job-it's a career accelerator. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

• Use digital tools, referrals, and events to find top talent
• Interview and assess candidates to match them with the right roles
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Negotiate offers - Make placements
• Manage the full recruitment cycle (360) from start to finish
• Vertical market specialist

You'll be supported every step of the way with best-in-class training and a clear path to promotion through our SThree Velocity Programme.

Salary Range is £27,500 - £27,500

The base salary range reflects the fixed compensation for this role. In addition, this position is eligible for a variable commission plan, with total earnings based on performance against defined targets.
Final base salary will be determined using objective criteria such as relevant experience, skills, and internal pay equity. All variable compensation is governed by a transparent commission structure aligned to role expectations.
