Location: Reading
Rate: Up to £74 per hour (Inside IR35)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Scrum Master to support agile delivery across digital and data teams in Reading.

Please note: Due to the nature of the work, candidates must already hold a high level of security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Support backlog refinement, prioritisation and sprint delivery.
Identify and remove obstacles to maintain delivery progress.
Drive continuous improvement and promote agile best practices.
Coach teams and stakeholders on agile ways of working.
Encourage collaboration across multidisciplinary digital and data teams.
Manage dependencies, risks and delivery challenges.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within agile delivery environments.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and agile methodologies.
Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and managing team dynamics.
Background supporting digital and data delivery teams.
Ability to identify and resolve blockers and drive continuous improvement.
Experience with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS or (email address removed).
Professional certification such as PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent.
