Role: Internal Sales Administrator Location: Huntingdon Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 Hours: Mon - Fri 08.30m - 5pm, Permanent Are you a proactive Sales Administrator looking for a role where you can make a real impact on sales and customer experience? Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Prepare and issue accurate quotations Follow up quotes and enquiries to convert into sales Support the sales team with day-to-day administration Maintain and update CRM systems with customer data Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service Identify opportunities to upsell and support business growth  What we’re looking for Experience in sales administration, internal sales, or customer service Strong organisational and multitasking skills Confident communication and telephone manner Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems) High attention to detail and accuracy  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining customer interaction with sales support in a growing business
