What youll be doing: Supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis Helping students manage behaviour and stay focused in lessons Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils Promoting confidence, resilience, and social skills Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams Supporting the implementation of behaviour strategies and interventions What were looking for: A calm, patient, and confident approach Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is a bonus) Strong behaviour management skills A positive attitude and ability to build rapport quickly A genuine passion for supporting young people Why Horizon Teachers?
