A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing Residential Property team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor looking to handle a varied caseload within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role

You will manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working closely with clients and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters.
• Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Liaising with agents, lenders, developers, and other third parties.
• Managing files efficiently and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contributing to the continued success and growth of the property team.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
