This Trainee BDM opportunity is extremely refreshing because our client is seeking someone who they can mould and nurture, and as such, it is not essential that you have previous experience within an official business development role. In fact, the person who did this role very successfully (before being promoted into a more senior BDM role), came from an underwriting background.

You will be responsible for promoting the company’s suite of commercial insurance products to a panel of brokers all over the UK.
