About the role
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Document Controller to join Lincolnshire NHS Trust on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You will play a central part in maintaining and developing document control systems across the Trust, ensuring that all policies, procedures, and guidelines are accurate, up to date, and accessible. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you’ll coordinate document reviews, manage version control, and support the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections.
This is a varied and collaborative role where you’ll also:
* Support departments with the creation and formatting of documentation
* Monitor review cycles and ensure timely updates
* Maintain document management systems and ensure compliance with standards
* Provide guidance and training to colleagues on document control processes
* Analyse data and produce reports on document compliance and performance

* Has strong administrative and organisational skills
* Is experienced in managing document control systems or complex databases
