Description

• Lead and continuously improve PMO governance frameworks, standards and methodologies.
• Provide portfolio-wide governance, assurance and delivery oversight.
• Coordinate steering committees, portfolio reviews and executive reporting cycles.
• Manage and report on portfolio risks, issues, dependencies and key decisions.
• Own portfolio financial management, forecasting, budgeting and expenditure tracking.
• Support investment governance, CapEx oversight and benefits tracking.
• Produce high-quality management information and executive-level reporting.
