Benefit Claims Specialist – Housing & Council Tax

Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking a role focused on processing Housing Benefit and Council Tax claims and handling changes of circumstance. You will respond to customer queries by phone or in writing, ensuring accurate data and timely processing.

Applicants should have prior claims processing experience, a good grasp of relevant regulations, and strong IT skills. DBS clearance is required for this position, with additional support on Northgate systems available as needed.
