If you thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and want to make a tangible impact across government, this is your opportunity. 🔑 What You'll Be Doing As a key member of the Operational Physical Security Team, you'll: Lead security assurance across a portfolio of government sites Act as the trusted advisor on physical security, supporting incident management and investigations Conduct security audits, health checks, and risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and solutions Drive compliance with HMG security standards across stakeholders and supply chains Design and deliver supplier audits, tabletop exercises, and assurance programmes Build strong partnerships across client departments, suppliers, and internal teams Support the development and implementation of security policy and processes👉 You'll be the bridge between strategy and delivery, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to physical security. 🧠 What We're Looking For We're seeking a confident, collaborative professional who can influence, challenge, and deliver. ✅ Essential Experience Security audits, compliance assessments, or assurance reviews Working in multi-client or complex service environments Stakeholder and supplier management Translating business needs into practical security solutions Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively💡 Additional Strengths Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions Negotiation skills delivering positive outcomes Passion for continuous improvement and innovation📌 Role Details Working Pattern: Full-time (37 hours) Location: London Security Clearance: SC 12 months initially 🚀 Ready to Make an Impact?
