Youll be joining a fast-growing security firm based in Doncaster, delivering high-quality installations and services across CCTV, access control, cloud-based security solutions, and a wide range of modern security technologies.

As we continue to expand, were looking for a confident, people-focused Project Manager to lead our on-site engineering teams and drive excellence across every project.

What Youll Be Doing Leading and coordinating on-site engineers across multiple installation and service projects Managing project timelines, resources, budgets, and client expectations Acting as the technical point of escalation using your engineering background to guide, support, and problem-solve Overseeing installs, upgrades, maintenance, and system integrations across CCTV, access control, cloud platforms, and wider security products Ensuring all work meets compliance, quality, and safety standards Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery Supporting the growth and development of junior engineers What Were Looking For Strong technical background ideally as a Project Engineer , Senior Engineer, or similar hands-on role Proven experience managing or leading engineering teams Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once Confident communicator who can build trust with clients and motivate teams Someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying calm under pressure, and taking ownership A proactive mindset someone who wants to grow with the business, not just do the job Why Join Us?
