Job Overview

As a Senior Solutions Architect (SA) at Elastic, you will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to our sales team, customers, partners and community, helping the enterprise sector solve complex business challenges with the Elastic Stack.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical point of contact for large enterprise clients.
  • Develop deep understanding of customers’ goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
  • Create and maintain value‑based relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Participate in all phases of planning and execution for your territory, from discovery to technical win.
  • Demonstrate Elastic product value in sales meetings and at events such as meetups and conferences.
  • Advise the sales team on positioning Elastic products, solutions, and services.
  • Onboard, educate, and enable partners, supporting them throughout sales cycles.
  • Create collateral, contribute to programs, and collaborate with colleagues to meet client needs.
  • Communicate customer and community needs, gaps, and enhancements to engineering and leadership teams.
  • Continuously develop sales and technical skills through self‑driven education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical presales role selling, demonstrating, and implementing technology.
  • Experience with enterprise search, observability, or cybersecurity. Cybersecurity or observability experience is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working within the enterprise sector, navigating its unique challenges.
  • Ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms, software, and technologies.
  • Passion for continuous learning and curiosity.
  • History of successful customer relations and influencing teams with architecture solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to inspire and influence both large and small groups.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% regionally and occasionally internationally.
  • Business‑level fluency in English.
