Transport Coordinator

Job Title: Transport Coordinator Location: Hampshire Contract: 4 Month FTC Salary: Competitive We're recruiting for a Transport Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing business on a 4 month fixed-term contract. You will work within a busy supply chain team and will be responsible for coordinating inbound shipments, tracking deliveries, managing transport providers, ensuring import/export documentation is accurate, and helping maintain smooth product flow. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound shipments and ensure on-time deliveries. Track and trace shipments, resolving any delays or issues. Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs agents, and internal stakeholders. Ensure import/export documentation is accurate and compliant. Manage transport capacity and arrange shipments as required. Produce KPI reports and support continuous improvement activities. Requirements Experience within logistics, transport, freight forwarding, supply chain, or import/export coordination. Understanding of transport processes and customs requirements.
