Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire Our client are a Residential developer, based in and around Cambridge, that are looking for an experienced and established Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to assume full responsibility from project instruction to final account.. Roles and Responsibilities: * Administer project documentation and contracts * Produce budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts * Prepare interim valuations, price variations, and manage change orders * Coordinate subcontractor packages, procurement activities, and payment schedules * Monitor expenditures, reconcile accounts, and produce detailed performance reports * Finalise accounts, warranties, guarantees, and project close-out records * Engage clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain commercial alignment Qualifications needed: * Degree, HND, or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction. * Experience in JCT Contracts * Experience in Residential projects To find out more about this position as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Cambridge, call Lilly of CPR Recruitment CPR Recruitment are currently on over 500 sites across London & the South East.
