Working closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will support the end-to-end delivery of new and existing product development projects, and create practical tools that enable sales teams to succeed. You will build strong product knowledge and become a trusted day-to-day contact for product and category-related queries across the business.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.Your Key ResponsibilitiesNPD / EPD ExecutionSupport the end-to-end delivery of new and existing product development projects, from initial brief through to launch and post-launch review.Coordinate project timelines, product information, approvals, samples and launch materials to ensure successful and timely market delivery.Category Management and ReportingSupport category growth through assortment reviews, SKU analysis, performance tracking and competitor monitoring.Produce clear reports and market insights to identify trends, opportunities and actions that support the EMEA strategic plan.Cross-Functional and Global CollaborationBuild strong partnerships with EMEA, international and global teams across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and other key functions.Gather market and customer insights, support product trials and ensure local market requirements are represented in project delivery.Commercial Enablement, Product Knowledge and TrainingDevelop sales tools, presentations and training materials that support commercial success and brand activation.Act as a trusted product expert, providing guidance on product features, benefits and applications to internal stakeholders.Operational Support and ReportingSupport the execution of the EMEA strategic plan by implementing category and product initiatives across the region.Contribute to sales and operations planning through inventory reporting, stock management support and performance analysis.What You'll NeedMinimumDemonstrated experience in product, channel or brand marketing, including working with sales teams.Experience supporting physical-product launches, innovation or product-lifecycle activity.Fluent English (written and spoken)Willingness to travel approx. 20% of the timeYour advantageA proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to take responsibility for outcomes.Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders across different business functions.Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and work effectively within a matrix organisation.What You GainNewell Brands has a strong footprint in the EMEA region, with several thousand employees spread over many corporate offices and manufacturing facilities.
