Factory Operative

Nelson Recruitment are recruiting for Factory Operative on behalf of their manufacturing client based in West Bromwich. Due to continued growth, our client Unistrut is seeking experienced factory opertatives to join their expanding team. Pay & Shifts * Pay rate: £12.71 per hour * Shift allowance: 25% * Total hourly rate: £15.73 per hour * Shift pattern:- Nights Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am What You’ll Do * assist with general factory floor tasks * machine feed * loading and unloading duties * Take responsibility for the quality inspection * Maintain accurate production and quality records * Ensure good 5S standards are maintained in your work area * Participate in continuous improvemen * Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed * Perform other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For * Previous experience as a factory operative * Strong attention to detail and quality * Reliable, committed, and able to work rotating shifts Please apply with your CV.
