About the role

Please note that the advertised salary for this position is subject to the pending 2026/2027 national pay award. The final salary will be adjusted accordingly once this has been agreed.

We are looking to recruit a Training Advisor – Digital Skills to join our Lifelong Learning service.

About the role

To provide high quality teaching and training to all levels and abilities of adult learners, including managers and employees of Ceredigion County Council, local businesses, other teaching professionals, learners from other organisations and the local community.

About the candidate

We are looking for highly skilled qualified tutors to deliver basic and advanced digital courses to adults.

  • A Level4 or above teaching qualification and Level3 subject specialism qualification from a recognised Awarding Organisation are essential for this post.
  • You will have a minimum of4years’ experience of delivering adult education.
  • You will be required to plan, develop, deliver, evaluate and assess high‑quality learning using a range of teaching methods and assessment methods following awarding organisation guidelines.
  • Due to the requirements of the role the successful candidate must have a level of Welsh fluency on appointment.
