Conveyancing Solicitor — Position Overview: Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion Work in a fast-paced environment delivering a high standard of client care Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the department Exposure to a high volume of high-quality conveyancing workKey Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Solicitor: Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Handling remortgages, transfers of equity, new build properties and Right to Buy matters Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties Drafting and reviewing contracts and related documentation Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsRequirements of the Conveyancing Solicitor: Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales Minimum 5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing (candidates with more or less experience demonstrating the required skills will be considered) The ability to manage a busy caseload independently Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills Proactive, commercially aware and able to work effectively under pressure, with case management system experience desirableThe Benefits for the Conveyancing Solicitor role: Competitive Salary and benefits package depending on PQE and experience Supportive and friendly working environment Excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development Exposure to a high volume of high-quality conveyancing work Modern office facilities with excellent transport links and moreIf you are a Conveyancing Solicitor looking to join a well-established and busy law firm in Brighton, apply today.
