Requirements

• Solution Architecture or Integration Architecture experience
• Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems and multi-platform environments
• Deep knowledge of API-led integrations, including REST, data flows, and orchestration
• Experience handling data consistency and master data challenges
• Ability to translate technical design into clear business outputs
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, unstructured environments

Responsibilities

• Assess and map our current system landscape and integrations
• Document data flows, APIs, and system dependencies
• Define our target architecture across all platforms
• Establish source of truth for key data such as profiles, bookings, and spend
• Resolve integration challenges between PMS and SaaS applications
• Support alignment of our Alliance platform with underlying systems
• Produce clear, business-friendly solution documentation
• Provide light hands‑on support with dataflow configuration
• Provide API mapping and integration guidance
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors

We are seeking a Solutions / Integration Architect for a 3‑month contract in Perth, Scotland, working inside IR35. Our focus is on stabilising and defining the architecture across our SaaS ecosystem, including a full review of the estate with blueprints and schematics. This role is centered on design, direction, and practical problem solving rather than pure documentation, and it offers the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders and third‑party vendors to improve integration and data consistency across our platforms.
