Business Change Lead - IAM/IGA & ITAM Programme Contract - Outside IR35 £500-£620 p/d Hybrid - London 2/3 days a week We're hiring an experienced Business Change Lead to drive change across two global programmes (IAM/IGA rollout and ITAM transformation), ensuring strong business readiness, engagement, and adoption across a multi-region organisation. Requirements & Experience: Proven experience leading change on large-scale technology programmes Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams Strong expertise in change frameworks (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR) Experience delivering: Change impact assessments Stakeholder engagement & communications plans Business readiness and training activities Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders Highly organised, able to manage complex, fast-paced environments Desirable: Experience with IAM, IGA, cybersecurity, or ITAM Background in global / multi-region programmes Change certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG) So, if this role sounds like a good fit then please apply today
