This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QS or for professionals currently working as Contract Managers, Project Managers, or Site Supervisors who are ready to transition into a commercial role.You’ll play a key part in managing the financial and contractual aspects of M&E projects, ensuring value, compliance, and successful delivery across a diverse portfolio.️ Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and forecastsConduct valuations, variations, and final accountsSupport procurement and tendering processes for subcontractors and suppliersMonitor project progress and provide commercial reports to stakeholdersLiaise with site teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure commercial alignmentIdentify and manage risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycleAssist in contract negotiation and administration (NEC, JCT, etc.)Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes and systemsWho We’re Looking ForWe welcome applications from:Experienced M&E Quantity SurveyorsContract/Project Managers or Site Supervisors with strong commercial awareness and a desire to move into a QS role Essential Skills & ExperienceBackground in M&E construction or building servicesStrong understanding of cost control, procurement, and contract managementExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teamsProficiency in MS Excel and commercial software (e.g., Causeway, COINS, etc.)QualificationsDegree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not essential)Relevant industry certifications or training will be considered.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits packageCareer development and training supportFlexible working arrangementsCollaborative and inclusive team culture What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
