We are a fast-growing startup operating across multiple premium food, wellness and nutrition brands.We are seeking a dedicated part-time Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. This is a permanent, part-time position, ideal for someone local looking for a stable, long-term role. The role involves working in a fast-paced setting, contributing to high-quality food production processes, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day production activities, including weighing, batching, preparing raw materials, and packaging finished products.
Operate, monitor, clean, and carry out basic maintenance of manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production (full training provided).
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), HACCP requirements, and company quality, hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards at all times.
Carry out routine quality checks, accurately record production data, and report any equipment issues, hazards, or non-conformances.
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Skills Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues promptly
Knowledge of HACCP principles, food safety, hygiene and Health & Safety regulations (desirable but not essential)
Experience in food production or manufacturing environments (desirable but not essential)
A proactive, can-do attitude with the flexibility and willingness to support different areas of the business in a fast-paced start-up environment
Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently when required
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work practically in a hands-on production environment
High level of vigilance, care, and responsibility when handling raw materials, products, and equipment
