This is a secure, permanent position with a respected machine tool technology business where you'll be fully trained on the commercial side of applications engineering and trusted to move into technical support. You'll work as part of an experienced engineering team, in which you will building your applications and product knowledge whilst taking more ownership of customer demo strategy and internal support. You'll learn to support customers through application-led demonstrations, structured training courses, and programming/operator guidance, with the chance to visit blue-chip client sites. This role suits a Laser Programmer who wants progression into a recognised applications / technical support specialist position.
