The Role Full-time position 40 hours per week Starting salary: £8.32 per hour , with salary increases throughout the apprenticeship Supporting children aged 3 months to 5 years Assisting with play-based learning activities and daily routines Learning about the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development Working as part of a friendly and experienced nursery team About the Nursery This spacious and well-equipped nursery is located close to the river and train station in the Henley-on-Thames area.

The setting provides a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children and families.

The nursery includes: Dedicated baby, toddler, and preschool rooms Separate sleep room for babies and toddlers Indoor soft play and gym area Secure outdoor play space Regular outdoor walks and community outings The nursery strongly values community involvement, and preschool children regularly take part in intergenerational activities with local care home residents, helping to build confidence, communication, and meaningful relationships.
