Role

• Manage a varied caseload of high-quality work including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, corporate finance and strategic advisory matters
• Advise clients from start-ups and spinouts to established multinationals across sectors
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Play an active role in business development

You

• 10+ years PQE witha strong record inM&A transactions and interest in a broad range of corporate work
• Experience of private equity transactions an advantage but not essential
• A commercial problem solving approach
• Aptitude for business development
