This role is perfect for a manager who loves warm, polished hospitality without the formality of fine dining, and who understands how to deliver memorable guest experiences across relaxed lunch, afternoon tea, and evening service.
As Restaurant Manager, youll take full ownership of the restaurants day to day performance, setting the standard for service excellence while driving sales, profitability, and team engagement.
About the role:
Lead, inspire, and develop a professional front-of-house team
Deliver an outstanding guest experience, every service
Manage staffing, rotas, training, and performance
Oversee service standards, presentation, and operational consistency
Work closely with senior management and the kitchen leadership teams
Control budgets, labour costs, and stock
Ensure all health, safety, and compliance standards are met
About you:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within a fast paced premium casual environment
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Passionate about service, hospitality, and attention to detail
Commercially aware with strong organisational ability
Calm under pressure and confident leading busy services
