At the same time, creativity and new ideas are encouraged.As a Financial Analyst, you will:Prepare, analyse and help explain historical and projected financial informationCreate financial modelsCoordinate and perform business due diligencePrepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentationsConduct research on sectors, companies and potential buyersValue companies and businessesBuild relationships and maintain direct contact with clients and prospective clients and professional advisorsAssist in planning of engagementsRequirements and QualificationsThe ideal candidate thinks strategically, is motivated, detail oriented, creative, outgoing, and possesses excellent quantitative skills. If you have the following qualifications & experience, we’d love to hear from you:Strong academic track record and achieved at least a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)1-2 years of full-time investment banking experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
