Production Planner

Description Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines. Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure material availability for production runs. Monitor production progress and address any delays or issues to minimise disruptions. Analyse production data and adjust schedules to optimise efficiency and resource allocation. Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment on production priorities and timelines. Maintain accurate records of production plans and updates for reporting purposes. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the production planning function. Support the implementation of new planning tools and systems as required.Profile A successful Production Planner should have: Experience in production planning or a similar role within the FMCG industry. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in production planning software and tools. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
