SENDCo – Permanent, Part-Time (3 Days per Week) Leadership Scale L1–L5 Location: West Drayton Start Date: September 2026 A welcoming and community-focused Church of England primary school in West Drayton is seeking an enthusiastic and committed SENDCo to join its leadership team on a permanent, part-time basis (3 days per week) from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEND professional or aspiring leader looking to further develop their leadership skills within a supportive and inclusive school environment. The Role The successful candidate will lead and enhance provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities across the school, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Working closely with senior leaders, staff, families, and external agencies, you will play a key role in shaping the school's inclusive practice and driving positive outcomes for SEND pupils.
