Job Description You will advise on a wide variety of insolvency-related disputes, including:Claims brought by and against office holdersTransactions at an undervalue and preference claimsMisfeasance and breach of fiduciary duty claimsDirector disqualification mattersFraud and asset recovery workShareholder and partnership disputes with an insolvency angleContentious bankruptcy and winding-up proceedingsEnforcement and recovery actionsThe role offers significant client exposure, responsibility from day one and the opportunity to work closely with highly experienced partners on technically challenging matters.
