You'll manage variations and change orders so margin is protected and quality is never the compromise.Contract management: You'll administer main contracts and subcontracts under JCT and bespoke forms. You'll issue payment notices and applications, agree final accounts, ensure contractual and statutory compliance, and work with legal advisers if disputes arise.Site and client interface: You'll be a visible presence on site, keeping commercial strategy aligned with reality on the ground. You'll be the commercial point of contact for high-net-worth clients and their representatives, working closely with architects, interior designers, engineers and specialist subcontractors.Close-out: You'll settle final accounts, support defect rectification, review subcontractor performance and capture cost data that makes the next project sharper. What you'll bringSenior QS experience on high-end, bespoke residential projectsA real appreciation for luxury finishes, craftsmanship and premium specificationsEnd-to-end cost management: estimating, cost plans, CVRs, reporting and cash flow forecastingStrong negotiation skills across tenders, supplier selection and subcontract ordersSolid contract administration experience under JCT and bespoke formsA track record of managing variations, change orders and final accountsThe polish and credibility to represent the project commercially to discerning private clientsA collaborative style that keeps design and delivery teams pulling in the same directionInterested?
