Senior Administrator - Oakland House Nursing Home

Location: Oakland House

Hours: Full-time - 40 hours per week | Monday – Friday - 8am-4pm

Salary - £27,000 per annum

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Administrator to join our team. This is a key role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the home while working closely with staff, residents, and external stakeholders.

✅ What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have strong administration experience (care home experience desirable)

Are confident using Microsoft Office, email & phone systems

Have excellent data entry accuracy & attention to detail

Have experience with Sage or similar accounting software

Possess bookkeeping knowledge (preferred)

Can manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands

Build positive relationships and communicate effectively

Take a proactive approach to supporting the wider team
