Operations Lead

Site Pro Group, a leading Survey Accessories Supply business, are looking for a hands-on Operations Lead to take ownership of the day-to-day operation and help us scale the business. You will be responsible for ensuring we deliver a fast, reliable and professional service to our UK-wide customers, while improving processes and controlling costs. This is an exciting time to join a growing business as we move into new premises in Bootle. The successful candidate would be instrumental in the next phase of the company's evolution. Please note this job is both manual (packing boxes/pallets, unloading and organising deliveries) as well as administrative. Key Responsibilities - Own the full order-to-delivery process - Maintain high levels of customer service - Ensure accurate stock control and zero stock loss - Improve and simplify operational processes - Introduce systems and automation in depot - Coordinate across sales, finance and purchasing - Manage workload planning and prioritisation - Depot organisation, palletising and organising stock - Assisting with and organising the unload of containers - Use of machinery pallet truck, pad-printer, pallet wrapper - Packing goods and organising the shipping of those goods What We’re Looking For - Experience in operations or logistics - Strong organisational skills - Ability to improve processes and drive efficiency - Clear communicator who takes ownership - Comfortable working in a very small, fast-moving business - A robust understanding of responsibility What You’ll Get - Opportunity to take real ownership of operations - Direct impact on business performance and growth - Ability to shape how the operation runs - 5% of salary annual bonus based on hitting KPI’s If the above sounds of interest either click the Apply Now button or contact our office on the number provided.
