Sous Chef   We are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our prestigious client based in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading hospitality brands.  Salary: £48,800 pa (incl.£5,000 TRONC) Location: Scotland UK Visa Switch Opportunity   The Role   As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
