A well-established Multi Site organisation is seeking a skilled interim Senior HR Advisor to join their team until the end of year. Based at their Head Office in Portsmouth, the organisation prides itself on fostering an inclusive, forward-thinking environment committed to excellence. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to contribute to ongoing employee relations and HR systems improvements within a sector known for its positive influence on communities.
What will the Senior HR Advisor role involve?
Providing expert guidance on employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary procedures, to ensure fair and consistent management practices across the group
Supporting staff absence and probation management to drive engagement and efficient workforce operations
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies that enhance organisational effectiveness and staff wellbeing
Collaborating with managers to improve HR processes, offering practical and professional advice rooted in current best practices
Supporting HR projects and initiatives to promote continuous improvement within the Trust’s educational environment
Suitable Candidate for the Senior HR Advisor vacancy:
CIPD Level 5–7 qualified with proven HR generalist experience, ideally within a multi-site business
Strong background managing employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and absence management
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic, professional HR advice to diverse stakeholder groups
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly within a busy, multi-site organisation and to travel when required
Proactive with a solution-oriented approach and a desire to support organisational development
