About the Role As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key part in helping students access the curriculum and build confidence in their learning. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supporting classroom teachers during lessons across different subjects Working with small groups of students to reinforce learning and boost progress Providing targeted 1:1 support for pupils who need additional help, including those with SEN or EAL needs Helping to prepare learning materials and classroom resources Encouraging positive behaviour and helping maintain a calm, structured learning environment Building supportive relationships with students to help improve engagement and confidence Contributing to wider school life, including enrichment activities, clubs, or intervention sessions What the School is Looking For The school is open-minded and values personality just as much as experience.
