Description
Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
Manage relationships with external agencies and media outlets to ensure consistent messaging.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across all communication efforts.
Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and public relations activities.
Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and uphold the organisation's reputation.Profile
A successful Senior Communications Manager should have:
A degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and delivering strategic communication plans.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working within the not-for-profit sector or a similar environment.
Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including digital and social media channels.Job Offer
