Are you a confident and resilient behaviour management specialist looking for your next challenge?

Aspire People are seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in Rhondda Cynon Taf on a full-time basis, starting immediately.

This role will involve working within an alternative curriculum provision, supporting students who may present with challenging behaviour and require additional guidance, structure and positive role models to help them engage with learning. The successful candidate will be calm under pressure, highly resilient and passionate about making a positive difference to young people's outcomes.

The Role
Supervise and support students within an alternative curriculum setting.
Deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities across a range of subjects.
Build positive relationships with students and encourage engagement in learning.
Manage challenging behaviour effectively using a consistent and proactive approach.
Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to support student progress and wellbeing.
Maintain a safe, structured and positive learning environment.
