Our US Change & Tech business is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an experienced Team Lead to help drive the next stage of that growth.
This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team within one of the most profitable recruitment markets globally, while continuing to bill, develop key client relationships, and play a genuine role in shaping the future of the division.
Based in our Manchester HQ, you'll have the backing of an established US business with over a decade of success, a strong client base, and ambitious expansion plans.
- Established US Business - Over 10 years of success, with offices in New York (150 consultants) and Charlotte, with Chicago and Dallas launching soon.
- A Team Ready to Grow - Join an established desk with live clients, existing revenue and the opportunity to develop and scale a high-performing team.

- Leadership With Impact - You'll have the autonomy to coach, develop and build a successful team while remaining hands-on in the market.
- Global Collaboration - Work closely with our US offices through regular travel, cross-office collaboration and long-term international opportunities, including relocation if that's part of your future plans.
- An experienced Recruitment Team Leader, Managing Consultant or Senior Consultant ready to step into leadership.
- A proven track record of billing and developing long-term client relationships.
- Someone who leads by example, enjoys developing people and thrives in a high-performance environment.
