We are seeking a Business Director to lead board and CEO search assignments while building senior client relationships and shaping the growth of our practice.

About the role

• Lead high profile executive and CEO search assignments
• Act as a trusted adviser to Chairs, CEOs and trustees
• Win and grow retained senior level work
• Contribute to strategy, thought leadership and market positioning
• Coach colleagues and role model inclusive, values led practice

About you

• Experienced in executive search, senior appointments or advisory work
• Strong track record with senior stakeholders
• Commercially astute, with experience winning retained work
• Credible, thoughtful and highly collaborative
