Quantity Surveyor 📍 Sevenoaks, Kent 💰 Up to £50,000 + Package   Hill McGlynn are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-established and growing contractor based in Sevenoaks.   This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable business delivering a diverse range of construction projects across London and the South East, including: Roofing works Commercial fit outs Refurbishment projects The successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account.   Key Responsibilities Managing project costs and budgets Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts Subcontractor procurement and account management Cost reporting and forecasting Supporting project delivery teams to ensure commercial success Maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers Requirements Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry Experience delivering fit out and refurbishment projects Roofing project experience is highly desirable Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Full UK driving licence preferred What's on Offer Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience Competitive package Long-term career progression opportunities Supportive and collaborative working environment Diverse and interesting project portfolio If you are a motivated Quantity Surveyor looking for your next opportunity in Sevenoaks, we would love to hear from you.   To apply, please submit your CV or contact Hill McGlynn for more information
