to lead the delivery of ultra-exclusive vehicle builds from concept through to completion. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the heart of a customer-led engineering environment-owning projects, influencing delivery, and working closely with both technical teams and high-profile clients. The Role As Head of Special Projects, you'll be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of bespoke vehicle programmes. Acting as the central point of coordination, you'll ensure each project is executed to the highest standards-on time, on brief, and exceeding customer expectations. You'll balance technical understanding with strong project leadership, working across engineering, workshop, and customer stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing Leading multiple bespoke vehicle projects from concept through to final build Acting as the primary interface between the customer and internal teams Translating customer requirements into clear technical and delivery plans Managing timelines, risks, and key milestones across each programme Working closely with engineering and workshop teams to ensure seamless execution Providing regular progress updates and representing the project at key review stages Maintaining exceptional attention to detail across all aspects of delivery What We're Looking For Proven experience in

project or programme management

background within complex builds Experience working in a
