The Role: As Depot Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day toay running of the depot, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

You will lead from the front, managing drivers, planners, and office staff, while maintaining high service standards for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily transport operations, ensuring all deliveries and collections run efficiently
* Manage and support a team of drivers and office staff
* Ensure full compliance with transport regulations, including driver hours and vehicle maintenance
* Monitor KPIs, performance, and costs to drive operational improvements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Handle any operational issues, including delays, breakdowns, and driver queries Requirements:
* Proven experience within container haulage

* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
* Strong knowledge of UK transport compliance and regulations
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
