Sen Teacher

CCS are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming Alternative Provision setting in Manchester that supports a small cohort of approximately 15 students aged 11–16. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about making a difference and helping young people achieve their potential in a supportive, nurturing environment. The students have a range of individual learning needs and require a teacher who can build positive relationships, adapt their teaching approach, and create an engaging learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to succeed. The school is ideally looking for a teacher who is comfortable delivering a variety of subjects across GCSE and Functional Skills pathways. However, teachers from mainstream secondary school backgrounds are encouraged to apply, as the school is open to considering candidates with transferable skills and a strong commitment to supporting young people.
