Your background and suitability:

• You'll be a driven, motivated, new business sales professional.
• Social Housing, Housing Associations, Regional Housebuilders and or Local authority sales experience is a necessity.
• Commercially savvy with a genuine new business interest
• Career focused with a proactive attitude.

The Package:

• £50,000 - £57,000 Basic salary plus OTE £15k uncapped
• £400 pcm Car allowance
